By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third-parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Notice.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY NOTICE CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE WILL TREAT IT. What information do we collect?
In what ways do we automatically collect and track personal information?
When you access and use the Site, as noted above, we may use technology to automatically collect information to improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service, which may include:
The Site also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. Any such information which we may collect through automatic technological means will be aggregated as statistical data and will not include personal information (or will have personal identifiers removed).
Do we use “cookies” and other technologies to collect and track information?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you may not have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.
Flash Cookies:
Certain features of the Site may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on the Site.
Web Beacons and Other Technologies:
Pages of our Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Site content and verifying system and server integrity). The information we may obtain in this manner would enable us to customize the Site and to measure the overall effectiveness of the Site.
Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. It uses cookies to collect, for example, information about the operating system and the browser that you use, your IP address, the website you previously accessed (referrer URL), and the date and time of your visit to the Site. If you make subsequent, repeated visits to the Site, we may automatically display frequently used information. If we track your usage patterns with the help of the cookies, the information generated about the use of the Site is transmitted to a Google server, which may be located within or outside of, the United States, and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Site and in accordance with its own procedures and data governance policies. Google may transfer these rights to third-parties insofar as it is required to do so by law, or to allow data to be processed on Google’s behalf. By accepting this Notice, you consent to the processing of your data by Google through the Site.
“Do Not Track” Signals:
For residents of California and Delaware, certain statutes, including California Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575 and 6 Del.C. § 1205C, seek disclosure of how the Site responds to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about their online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. Although it is not clear that the statute applies, we believe that an example might be a browser option allowing you to ask websites not to track you across third-party websites so that they can serve targeted or behavioral advertising to you. You should not use the Site if you desire a “do not track” signal, because the Site may not honor it or function properly with tracking disabled.
How do we use your information?
We may collect information from you in various ways - directly from you when you provide it to us, through automatic means when you access or use the Site, and/or from third-parties, such as vendors or business partners. Specific examples include information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf our Site, or use certain other Site features. We may use this personal information in the following ways:
How do we protect visitor information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described in this Notice. The term “outside parties” does not include MyRemedy and its affiliates, Site-hosting partners, and other parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. As noted above, you can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or refuse cookies or Flash cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
